My own transformation

With an analytical background, I have always excelled at creating structures, developing strategies, and crafting solutions. Over the course of 10+ years as a Data Professional, I learned not only to interpret the stories behind numbers, but also behind human behaviors. My curiosity about interpersonal dynamics sparked a deep interest in understanding what truly motivates people.

Through therapy and spiritual practices — along with invaluable support from mentors and role models — I reached a turning point in 2023. I chose to channel my growth into empowering others by enrolling in a year-long professional, accredited by International Coaching Federation (ICF), coach training program at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I completed this transformational journey and earned my coaching certification in March 2024, during a period of transition in my corporate career.

Today, I serve as a Team Coach and Scrum Master, supporting analytical teams in the corporate space, while also running a private coaching practice. With over 75 hours of coaching experience, I specialize in guiding individuals through life and career transitions—empowering them to create meaningful, lasting change.
